The show was rejected from Slashdot. This is good news actually, as it means I dont have to worry about bandwidth constraints and the bittorrent idea is no longer a necessity. I want to thank everyone who seeded 🙂
I’m still working on a DVD ISO. Just need to sync the audio right to the video; create more imagery; and I’ll be done.
Other good news: got a B in Math. Considering I had %40 throughout the year, this is most excellent news (I nailed the exam).

Hey seal,
Good stuff m8. Great idea, Enjoyed it.
My only suggestion would be re-dub the vocal audio.espescially when you are outside in malls and stuff Cause the quality is not great. Maybe in the future, invest in a lapel mike, it will cut out the background crap.
Did you use camtasia for the screen clips?
Outcomes for feral:
– I will get adaware to go along site spybot
– I will get off my ass and install mozilla
– Happy with my sygate + router firewall solution 😉
– the codec pack looks interesting, will investigate
– Might have to start using BT, lol, ill check sourceforge..
Cheers!

The problem with the audio is that I was using a 2 megapixel digital camera w/ 30 second video mode to do the recordings. That’s why the audio is crap, and why I couldn’t plug in an external mic. I don’t really want to dub over, as writing down what I said, then respeaking it so that it matches my lips is a very time consuming process. Thus the subtitles. :-p
I used a tool called “SnagIt” for recording the screen clips. I’ve often heard of Camtasia, and I honestly don’t know which is better (haven’t tried Camtasia).
Thanks for comments 🙂
I was an existing FireFox user when I downloaded and viewed your video. I am surprised you didn’t use more pro-FireFox along with your anti-Explorer. No matter.
Just thought I’d show you a thread on AntiOnline.com that initially introduced me to your video, and later your site.

Critiques, comments, etc. Pay attention to HTRegz’s post (post #8 in the thread) inparticular.
Anyway, great video. Watched in beginning to end. Always good to see a Canadian doing something productive.
Camtasia is great, I reccommend it 🙂 I use it @ work for doing wmv/swf tutorials on the web based apps I create, never tried snagit..
I was going to give you a hard time about displaying your email address publically on your about you page, but then i noticed the italic tags, lol.
